What information I collect

When you contact me through this website, I collect: your name, your email address, which service you're enquiring about, and the message you send. I only collect what you choose to share through the contact form.

Why I collect it

I use this information solely to respond to your enquiry and discuss the support you're looking for. I don't use it for marketing, and I don't share it with any third party.

How it's stored

Your information is stored securely in a database hosted in Europe, protected so that only I can access it. It is never publicly visible or accessible to other visitors of this site.

Cookies

This site uses a small number of cookies. Some are strictly necessary for the site to function and to keep it secure (for example, protecting against malicious traffic); these don't require consent and can't be switched off without breaking the site. The site also currently sets a basic analytics cookie, which helps me understand general visitor numbers, which pages are viewed, and technical performance such as page loading speed. This analytics cookie does not collect your name, email, or any information you haven't chosen to share with me directly, and is not used for advertising or shared with any third party for marketing purposes.

I am working towards giving visitors more control over this analytics cookie, such as the option to accept or decline it. In the meantime, you can block or delete cookies at any time through your own browser's privacy settings.

How long I keep it

I keep enquiry details for 6 months, after which they are deleted.

Children's information

Some of my services are for children. Where a service involves a child, I expect enquiries to come from a parent or guardian, not the child directly. I do not knowingly collect information directly from children through this site.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law, you have the right to ask what personal information I hold about you, ask me to correct or delete it, withdraw consent or object to how it's used, and complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk if you have concerns about how your data is handled.
